Wheeling with new wheels
One would think that taking initiative is a good thing. It shows skills such as motivation, resourcefulness, problem solving all normally good things. However, in my case it results in resentment, political incorrectness and people feeling threatened. I get in trouble for doing more than others do and I probably do a better job of it. It's happened so many times and it just happened again. I thought it was merely being helpful instead it may result in being fired. I'm chomping at the bit to find something, anything that would be meaningful. This is my passion so I can't and won't give up. Something has to happen eventually.
