Workout and weight loss on wheels- a healthy holiday

Passover is a Jewish holiday which celebrates the Jelish people being freed fromm Egyptian slavery. People who observe the holiday strictly follow strict dietary guidelines for 8 days. As the story goes, once the Jewish people were freed, they had no time to allow their bread to rise. Therefore, we replace bread, grains, and flour with matzoh (a cracker) and matzoh meal when baking. Foods such as pasta, baked goods, cereal, and pizza were prohibited for years. They have since been replaced with versions that simulate the original foods but the taste is different as is the ingredients. People eat a lot of fish, chicken, meat, vegetables (not corn or peas)anf fruits. Wheight loss is usually a residual effect of this holiday.
