Workout and weight losss on wheels- balance
Balance is important in many aspects of life it's not just about eating balanced meals. Balancing also means shifting weight from side to side for example moving the strap on your purse from one arm to another or doing the same amount of stretches with each leg.
Your light use should also be balanced, there is no need to maintain the same amount of brightness each day. As the day progresses you should change the brightness and eventually make it pitched dark in the bedroom during evening hours. Back to the beginning of this lesson. You may not be able to control others abilities to choose well, but if you make the decision to be healthy first, menu planning at home or menu selection at a restaurant, if you take the initiative, others are more likely to follow. Always keep these points in mind.
