Workout and weight loss on wheels- food combinations

I've just come across the simplest program yet. I's not a diet just a plan for eating meals in a more conscious way. There are a minimal number of guidelines, most of which are quite logical. Separate food into categories and then learn which can be eaten together and which can't. The reason for the guidelines have to do with digestion. Some foods break down in the body easier than others. Here's the abridged version: Proteins, fats, and vegetables can be eaten together in a meal. Carbohydrates and vegetables can be eaten together in a meal. However, Proteins and fats must not be eaten with carbohydrates. The idea is that if you eat fewer carbohydrates (which are used by the body as energy) the body turns to fat and uses that as energy instead of becoming excess weight. All one has to do, is remember which foods are protein, which are carbohydrates, and which are fats. One last thing- fruit must be eaten alone of on an empty stomach. Happy weightloss people!
