Workout and weight loss on wheels- drink 8 glasses
The most basic tip to someone who wants to be healthy is to drink 8 glasses of water a day. Even fresh fruits and vegetables must be washed with tap water. However, where you get your source of the beverage is debatable. Though most people are aware of the benefits of bottled water, it is meaningful to mention it here. Tap water can be filled with lead from plumbing, microorganisms in the water from sewage, or cancer causing particles from illegal dumping. Bottled water production is strictly monitored and regulated to make sure that water is clean and free of contaminants. Clean and safe tap water is not always available making bottled water highly in demand. Contamination can be due to natural disasters, illegal dumping, or lead in plumbing. Bottled water can be lifesavers because this is clean and safe to drink.
