Workout and weight loss on wheels- "Cleaning House"
The subtitle is in quotes because the house is actually your body. To do this you won't need Spick and Span but you will need to follow special directions and you may a complicated proceedure known as detox. However, for now I suggest we keep it simple. 1)Consider using organic food. These are free of insecticides, pesticides & additives. 2)Choose to eat what is in season and so not need to be shipped in from another locaion. 3)Eat fresh; they are less likely to be exposed to light, heat,& oxygen. 4)They should be lightly cooked (dry fried, grilled & broiled). Boiling and roasting looses nutrients. 5)Be cautious of labels that say low sodium, low fat & high fiber. 6) Eat whole grains (rice, bread, pasta). 7) Eat sustainable fish. These are caught by fisherman who are ecologically and economically conscious.
