Workout and weight loss on wheels- What food means to you.
Food gives us much more than just daily sustenance; it gives us hope, love, and comfort. It shows love through the fancy meals we eat with our relatives during holidays. It shows hope with the ice cream and chocolate we may drown ourselves in when depressed. It shows comfort with the bowl of hot soup on a cold winter day or the pizza we eat with friends at a birthday party. It also shows our spirituality when observing a religious fast or following Jewish kashrut laws. Through thick and thin, food is the one thing that can bring people together in times of need, or even cause new friendships. The meaning of food is the definition of life itself.
