Workout and weight loss on wheels- mushrooms :meal or medicine?
There are many foods that have a double purpose; in addition to filling your stomach they also fight or prevent illness. Here are some examples- Some mushrooms can kill viruses, bacteria, yeast, cancer cells, and others regenerate nerves. Broccoli and tomatoes fight colon cancer. They are rich in antioxidants. Tomatoes should be cooked in a sauce or paste and eaten with oil. Spinach is filled with the anti oxidants that decrease the chance of macular degeneration.Cabbage is rich in fiber, which improves the performance of the digestive system. The fiber in it acts as an excellent detoxifier. The stomach and intestines are thoroughly cleansed. It also has a mild laxative effect which helps to stimulate bowel movement and helps to prevent constipation. Red pepper, particularly chili peppers, have capsaicin. This adds heat but also relieve body pain. Furthermore, it is a good source of vitamins E, vitamin C and plaque in arteries.
